Messege from okami
Hello, my name is Atsuko Saito, I am Okami of Siorie Ryokan.
Siorie ryokan was established in 2003 in Sawando Onse. The Sawando Onsen is a hot spring with ample water that is color-less, it has a delicate fragrance and has a gentle touch to the skin.
The Sawando is located at the foot of Japan Alps. 55 min from Mastumoto station by bus and just 25 minutes’ drive to one of the most beautiful mountainous tourist area Kamikochi.
We are very pleasure to have many guests come from abroad and they enjoyed staying with us. We are very looking forward to seeing you in the near future and hope you have unforgettable experiance and feel true beauty of Japan with us.

There are plenty of attractive place to visit around us. Kamikochi is the one of the most beautiful national park just 30 min bus ride from us.
Norikura highlands is another choice where you can enjoy sports every season such as hiking, camping, and skiing in the winter.
If you rather want to more taste of Japanese culture then visit the historical city Matsumoto or Takayama that is very famous for its historical old town. We have a lot of snow in the winter and you can enjoy soaking in the open air hot spring bath with watching snow fall would be great experience.
Dinner
Your dinner is traditional Japanese cuisine made from fresh seasonal local ingredients. Our head chef prepared them artificially on the plate that even makes you hesitate to eat them. The dinner will be served at restaurant.
Breakfast
Breakfast is also traditional Japanese breakfast. Rice is cooked in earthen pot and served it just out of the stove. You can have Miso soup, Salad and Rice as much as you want!! It will be good start for your wonderful day.
